[OpenVCP] OpenVCP 0.3 rc1 released

Gratz from my side too, hope my webui core wasnt tooo useless so far :P
Sometimes i really repent to leave the projekt for private issues :\

I just watched the sources so far, so Gerrit kick ya ass up and install new 
demo
for me please :)
