[OpenVCP] openvcp 0.3rc1: pbls. with webserver: cannot find objects

ok now it is, but hasn't changed anything. 
what todo with the openvcp/.htaccess file?
since it's not clear too see (@least to me ;-), what the webpath/rewriting 
mimic is for, a bit more docu or examples would be really fine for installing 
and rewriting for openvcp-inst. outside of the DocumentRoot.
