hello,
i resolved this issue changing the "zend.ze1_compatibility_mode" to Off 
in php.ini.

Now i can see the login page, but i'm not able to connect with user 
Admin and pasword test :
*Please check your login data! Either username or password were incorrect!

*in the mysql server  log, i can read :
*Connect     Access denied for user 'root'@'ubuntu.portutouf' (using 
password: NO)
*my password is correctly set in core/openvcp.conf, i don't understand.
