[OpenVCP] Fehler beim Deamon

The Deamon was using ISO-8859-1 to encode the XML String. The init
scripts of this vserver seem to generate a character that is out of
range for ISO-8859-1. Should be fixed in latest trunk by using UTF-8
instead.
