[OpenVCP] Ticket 222: Where does OpenVCP store the Data

Hallo,
 I use Debian with the SVN Release.
 My main Problem was:

	In the sqlite3 Database the new Rules aren't inserted. I could not
find the Rules. But in the Database, there are other Rules. Which
aren't active for iptables -L.  

	 I have active Rules, which aren't stored and have stored Rules
which aren't active....

	And it is not possible to use the Hard traffic Limit. I want to
support the OpenVCP Project by helping to solve Problems and write
Code. But at the Moment I try to understand.
