[OpenVCP] build on centos

[Cryptronic]

Hi,

I found a solution:

just download ftp://ftp.netfilter.org/pub/iptables/iptables-1.3.5.tar.bz2 and 
extract it.

After that cp the includes/libiptc dir to /usr/include rerun configure and 
build
