[OpenVCP] Can't start Vserver

When is the next versio nof openvcp scheduled for release ? 

I was thinking about geting .3 and modifying it for my needs but if .4 is right around the corner then maybe its best to wait.

What all is planned for the .4 release any new  features or just bug fixes etc?
