[OpenVCP] Compilation problem on Debian 5.0

Hi,

I'm new on this list and I have a problem to compile on Debian 5.0 I got 
this:

configure: error: libiptc (iptables-dev) not found

I have iptables-dev installed on this machine but it seems to be a 
problem with libiptc, how to fix ?

No problems on Debian Etch 4.0
